What Is a Water Softener?
A water softener removes calcium and magnesium ions — the minerals that cause "hardness" — through an ion exchange process using resin beads. The result is soft water that is gentler on your skin, hair, appliances and plumbing.
Hard water is a widespread problem in Chhattisgarh, especially with borewell water. It causes white scale deposits in pipes, shortens geyser life, leaves stains on tiles and increases your soap & detergent consumption.
